Vibration or displacement eddy current sensor, with straight or transverse cable output, and integrated or separate extension coaxial cable. The VF71 is used with the signal conditioner AO-01, The VF72 is used with the signal conditioner AO-02

Contactless displacement transducer, pendulum on collar type, based on an eddy current measurement system (probe), for machine (turbine) shaft / case differential expansion measurement and axial shaft position. A customised machined especially strong magnet foot is following the collar position.

V23 velocimeters are electrodynamic transducers with a stainless steel or aluminium alloy body. Various connection types are available, such as FRB, LEMO, DEUTSCH and JUPITER connector socket or PG11 feedthrough.

The VV81K100 , VV81K500 and VV81L100 are accelerometers with internal integration circuit to produce an output relative to velocity. The piezo velocity sensors can reduce signal noise and strong high frequency components coming from other sources.  The VV81K100 and VV81K500 have a rugged design and run continuously and reliable in an industrial environment. The sensors are housed in hermetic sealed, stainless steel cases with an industrial connector for maximum protection from corrosive  and oxidising chemicals.

Internally amplified high temperature accelerometers with isolated case and vertical vibration direction. The V81K100 and V81L100 are general purpose accelerometers that run continuously and reliable in an industrial environment. The sensors are housed in hermetic sealed, stainless steel cases with an industrial connector for maximum protection from corrosive  and oxidising chemicals.

The DD2,DD3,DD6 and DD8 pendulum transducers perform the measurement of the differential expansion on turbogenerators and similar rotating machines. The DD5 pendulum transducer performs the measurement of the shaft axial position. The
The basic principle of operation is a suspended magnet which follows a shaft collar displacement. The sensor element is a pair of accurate coils, measuring the displacement of a target plate. The slim and vertical design of a DD2 transducer allows its mounting on the machine at relatively narrow locations.The rugged design and the continuous further development of the transducers assures a reliable and accurate measurement over the life time of a machine.
Compared with other measurement systems, the pendulum transducer principle allows the translation of the measuring point to a more protected (steam leaks) and cooler area, which minimise also the temperature effect on the measurement.
Furthermore, the actual measurement is performed onto a target made of reference steel, avoiding measurement discrepancies due to various steel qualities, as may occur with direct measurements onto the shaft. Dedicated DD-transducer interfaces are standard in all CIS AMREIN monitoring systems.

The BC2 and BC5 transducers are dual coil transducers for high collar applications. Dedicated BC-transducer interfaces are standard in all CIS AMREIN monitoring systems.

The AD7 and AD9 inductive displacement transducer perform the measurement of absolute case expansion on turbogenerators and similar rotating machines.
The basic principle of operation is a fixed casing, whereas the feeler rod follows a case displacement up to 20mm or 50mm.The AD7 and AD9 are equipped with an integral display/scale. Dedicated AD-transducer interfaces are standard in all CIS AMREIN monitoring systems.

Long-range displacement transducer with UNIBAL mounting rod ends, for steam turbine valve position measurement (or process inlet command), based on a LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) element, housed into a rugged assembly, with an industrial FRB or LEMO® HT plug-in connector.Dedicated WZ-transducer interfaces are standard in all CIS AMREIN monitoring systems.
